Andrea Smith

Andrea Smith has over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as an Independent Consultant and Director at Scentsy since August 2007, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through fragrance products. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as an Online Customer Service Representative at MonaVie from June 2006 to November 2009, where responsibilities included addressing the needs of distributors and customers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Order Sales Representative at Nature's Sunshine Products from May 1999 to February 2006. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed a Certificate in General Studies from BYU-Pathway Worldwide, and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Physical Sciences from Utah Valley University.
