Ryan McFarland

With a passion for the rule of law and a genuine love of people, Ryan handles Scentsy’s litigation and advises executives and employees on the company’s day-to-day legal concerns. He joined Scentsy as an in-house counsel in 2012 and became a member of the senior executive team in 2014.

Ryan often does pro bono work in the Treasure Valley, volunteers with his church and his kids’ sports leagues, and works with the Salvation Army, where he has served on the Advisory Board since 2010.

Ryan brings a legacy of service to his role. When he’s not lawyering, Ryan can usually be found at his family cabin, hiking, sitting on the porch playing his banjo or napping in his favorite hammock.
