Anas Alhawiel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Anas began their career in 2002 at Al-Qarrat Academy of Languages and Computers in Riyadh, where they worked as a logistics support staff while still in middle and high school. Anas also provided technical support and assisted with management and administrative duties.
In 2010, Anas interned at 3D Systems Corporation, where they worked in the network IT sector. During their internship, they were responsible for installing and maintaining equipment for large companies.
From 2010 to 2011, Anas worked as an Account Manager at Saudi Telecom Company, specifically in the VIP sector sales division. Here, they provided the Ministry of National Guard with the latest network services and addressed any network-related issues they faced.
Anas then joined Montana Tech in 2013 as the Vice President of the Saudi Club. In this role, they focused on promoting Saudi culture, fostering social bonds among Saudi students, and assisting new students in organizing their education plans.
In 2015, Anas began working at Riyad Bank, initially as a Network Engineer responsible for installing and configuring network equipment for branches and ATMs. Anas also monitored and troubleshooted the network to ensure system availability. Anas later advanced to the role of AVP - Head of Network Operations and then VP - Head of Network Operations, where they managed network projects, analyzed and troubleshooted network concerns, and collaborated with business departments to find solutions to current and future issues.
Anas's most recent experience is with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), where they have been serving as the Head of the network and IT security department since 2023.
Anas Alhawiel completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Montana Technological University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in the same field from the College of Telecom & Information in 2010. In 2012, they also completed a 112 certificate in English Language from ELS Language Centers - U.S. Additionally, Anas has certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy in CCNA and CCNP. Anas is currently pursuing a CCIE-RS (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. Anas has also been recognized as part of the Who's Who Among Students at American Universities and Colleges.
