Muntadher Alwayel

Muntadher Alwayel serves as the General Manager of Strategy at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since February 2024, leading strategic initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Program to prepare health professionals for emerging challenges. Previously, Muntadher held the position of Head of Strategy & Initiatives at the General Authority for Competition and worked as a Strategy Consultant at Mercer, where Muntadher led various projects in leadership recruitment and HR strategy development. Muntadher's experience includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Sia Partners, and a cooperative trainee position at PwC, focusing on strategy formulation and execution for government entities. Muntadher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and the University of North Texas.
