Matt Oliver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as the NextGen Board Chair at TMA Chesapeake since February 2024, Matt also holds a position in corporate restructuring at SC&H Group since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Matt worked as a Senior Consultant at Clearview Group, LLC from September 2020 to April 2022, providing expertise in risk management. Matt's career began at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), where tenure included roles as Senior Associate, Associate, and Intern from November 2015 to September 2020. Additional experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Becton Dickinson in 2015. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University and graduated from Calvert Hall College High School.
