Emily was born and raised in Des Moines. She has been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. She loves trying to help customers any way that she can. Outside of work, Emily enjoys being a mom of two, going boating, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She is a huge reality tv junkie and loves watching football.
