Charlie Howlett

Charlie Howlett has a strong background in design and advertising, with experience at Schaefer Advertising Co. and Concussion. Charlie started their career at Concussion in 2006 as a Graphic Designer, and later became a Senior Designer. In this role, Charlie was responsible for conceptualizing and designing solutions, with a focus on branding, visual communications, and environmental design. Charlie also directed the work of junior designers and a design intern. In 2012, Charlie joined Schaefer Advertising Co. as a Senior Designer and eventually became the Creative Director in 2016. Charlie worked collaboratively with the creative, production, and account teams to deliver exceptional design strategy and implementation for clients and agency projects. Charlie continuously expanded and shared their knowledge and skills, contributing to the agency's design competency and capabilities.

Charlie Howlett attended Texas Christian University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
