Toni Halleen

Toni Halleen has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on employment law. Toni is currently the Owner and Chief Operating Officer at Schaefer Halleen, LLC, where they provide legal representation for individuals and groups affected by workplace misconduct. In addition to their legal work, Toni is responsible for managing the law firm, including areas such as staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Before their current role, they worked as an Employment Law Attorney at The General Counsel Ltd from 2002 to 2012. Prior to that, they held similar positions at Universal Hospital Services, Honeywell ACS, Nestle HealthCare Nutrition, and ADC Telecommunications Inc. Toni began their legal career as an Attorney at Briggs and Morgan, P.A., where they worked from 1989 to 1997. Overall, Toni Halleen has a strong background in employment law and extensive experience in legal practice and firm management.

Toni Halleen earned their B.A. degree in Special Major - Women's Studies from Mount Holyoke College, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Afterwards, they pursued a J.D. degree in Law from the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating cum laude in 1988. In 1999 to 2000, they obtained a Mini MBA degree in Creative Problem Solving from the University of St. Thomas.
