Dr. Carsten Weber

Dr. Carsten Weber has extensive experience in human resources and process management, currently serving as Head of HR Process Management at Schaeffler since October 2013, where responsibilities include Process Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems, and Project Management. Prior to this role, Dr. Weber worked as a Process Manager HR, focusing on similar areas from 2012 to 2013 at Siemens Healthcare, while earlier experience includes positions as a Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate at Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, a Process Engineer/IT Consultant, and roles during a tenure as a working student at Siemens. Education comprises a Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics and a Master’s degree from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by an academic exchange program at Sapienza Università di Roma.
