Jakub Vetrovec

Jakub Vetrovec is a seasoned change management and digital transformation professional with extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Change Management Team Leader and Digital Transformation Manager at Schaeffler since October 2020, Jakub is responsible for developing regional digital project portfolios and defining organizational change management practices. Prior roles include Head of Business Transformation at Network Homes Ltd, where Jakub managed multiple programs with a significant budget, established governance structures, and led major digital initiatives including the implementation of Office365. With a strong educational background including a Master’s Degree in Corporate Economics and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, Jakub combines technical acumen with strategic leadership to drive impactful transformations.
