Maria Takaendisa

Maria Takaendisa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, systemic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed consultancy. Currently serving as a Relationship & Change Manager at Westminster City Council and as a trauma-informed trainer and consultant in the film and television industry, Maria also leads her own consultancy specializing in leadership development and equity strategy. With a background in systemic psychotherapy across various youth offending teams and contributions to numerous projects, Maria has established a strong foundation in change management and therapeutic practices. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy and an advanced diploma in applied systemic theory.
