LokeshKumar Govindaraj is an experienced quality management professional with extensive expertise in operations quality and product line quality across the automotive industry. Currently serving as Manager - Lead Operation Quality at Schaeffler since February 2008, LokeshKumar oversees the Operations Quality team, ensuring product development and customer quality while meeting plant targets. Previously, in the role of Deputy Manager - Product Line Quality, responsibility included leading in-process quality for assembly shops and managing rejection analysis. Prior experience includes positions at TVS Motor Company and Sundaram Fasteners Limited, where responsibilities ranged from vehicle problem analysis to quality assurance inspections.
