Marcus Koch is currently the Head of RD Fluid Management Modules and BU AC Testing & Prototypes at Schaeffler, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Development at Vitesco Technologies from 2018 to 2020 and had multiple roles in research and development there. From 2007 to 2018, Marcus led Technical Project Management at Continental. They earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) in Maschinenbau with a focus on automotive and construction technology from Ruhr-Universität Bochum between 1991 and 1996.
