Pramod Patil has extensive experience in project management, primarily in the automotive and wind energy sectors. Currently serving as Project Head for Industrialization of E-Mobility Automotive Products at Schaeffler since December 2010, Pramod leads projects from technology concept development through to production handover. Previous roles at Schaeffler include Project Manager for the Industrial Business Division, managing significant investments like the BBR Automotive Initiative in China. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation, overseeing in-house production for windmill components and executing greenfield projects in India. Pramod holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
