Ramon Smits

Ramon Smits is an experienced professional in account and project management, currently serving as European Key Account Manager for Industrial Distribution at Schaeffler since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ramon held multiple positions at Schaeffler Nederland B.V., including Account Manager from February 2016 to November 2022. Ramon’s extensive experience also includes roles as Commercial Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Product Manager at BUVO Castings BV from May 2000 to February 2016, as well as Sales Engineer at Sicar for a brief period in 2000. Earlier in the career, Ramon worked as Project Engineer at GEMCO ENGINEERS B.V. from January 1996 to August 1999. Ramon is an alumnus of Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
