Shailesh Kale

Shailesh Kale is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the AGM of Industrial Engineering at Schaeffler since May 2012, where Shailesh heads the Industrial Engineering department. Prior to this role, Shailesh worked as the Assistant Manager of PPC at Enkei Wheels India Ltd from February 2007 to April 2012 and as a Member of PPC at ASAL Chakan from April 2005 to February 2007. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Babasaheb Naik Engineering College, Pusad, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
