Laura Delcroix

Laura Delcroix possesses extensive experience in human resources and training coordination. Currently serving as the training coordinator at Schaerbeek 1030 Schaarbeek since May 2022, Laura is responsible for overseeing training processes. Previously, from October 2018 to February 2022, Laura held the position of division head for Soft HR at the Commune de Saint-Gilles, where responsibilities included managing training programs and evaluations. Laura's earlier role as a Happiness Catalyst at Happyformance involved supporting organizational transformations focused on employee well-being. Additional experience includes administrative support roles at Desobry and Cabinet d'Expertise Médicale Dieux, as well as teaching mathematics. Laura holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université catholique de Louvain and participated in an Erasmus exchange at Universidad de Sevilla.
