Katie Anthony has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and sustainability. Katie is currently the Vice President of Development at Schafer Richardson, where they lead the development team and focuses on affordable housing, mixed-use projects, and sustainable design. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Development at the same company.

Before joining Schafer Richardson, Katie worked as a Senior Development Manager at a real estate development company, where they managed all phases of development projects. Katie has experience in new construction, renovation, and repositioning of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a Sustainability Specialist at Sebesta, where they assisted clients with their energy and sustainability needs. Katie managed projects and led sustainability planning efforts, energy assessments, and LEED certifications for various sectors.

Katie also worked as a Senior Project Manager for Real Estate Development at Somerville Community Corporation, managing all phases of real estate projects and facilitating community processes.

Katie Anthony obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Science & Business from Marquette University in 2000. Katie later pursued a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing it in 2003.
