Michael Gross is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing significant real estate portfolios across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Schafer Richardson since June 2022, Michael previously held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, R^2 Companies, The Ackerberg Group, Midwest Management, Inc., Kraus-Anderson Realty, and Welsh Companies, with responsibilities spanning a total portfolio of over 3 million square feet. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
