Charlie Schaffer is the President of Schaffer since August 2008. Prior to this role, Charlie served as the Executive Chef at Patina Restaurant Group from February 2006 to July 2008. Starting their career as a Chef de Partie at Alain Ducasse Entreprise from 2002 to 2004, Charlie later worked as a Sous Chef at Felidia in 2004-2005. Charlie holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston. Additionally, Charlie obtained an Associate's Degree in Journalism from Loyola University New Orleans.
