Andre Merz

Andre Merz is an experienced banking and finance professional currently serving as Deputy CEO and member of the executive board at Schaffhauser Kantonalbank since November 2021, overseeing the real estate and corporate client divisions. In addition, Andre has been a freelance lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen since 2007, teaching courses on financial capabilities and corporate debt. Previously, Andre held significant roles at Commerzbank AG, including Managing Director and Head of International Corporates Switzerland, where responsibilities encompassed the growth of the SME client business and the development of sales initiatives. Andre holds a Master of Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Savings Banks from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen.
