Heather Simross

Heather Simross has extensive experience in supervising aquatics facilities and managing staff in the park district. Prior to their current role as Aquatics Supervisor at Schaumburg Park District, Heather held various positions such as Manager of Fitness and Aquatics at Rockford Park District, Facility Manager at Harkins Pool, Food and Beverage Supervisor at Rockford Park District, and Facility Manager at Sand Park Pool and Alpine Pool. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a background in sales at Bath and Body Works, Heather brings a diverse skill set to their leadership roles.
