Jacob Nowacki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in packaging project management and prepress operations. Currently serving as a Senior On-site Packaging Project Manager at Schawk! since December 2015, Jacob leads artwork complexity meetings and coordinates project timelines to enhance efficiency and reduce revisions. Prior roles at Schawk! included On-site Packaging Project Manager and Production Process Lead, where expertise in branding guidelines and quality assurance was demonstrated. With previous experience as Production Manager and Prepress Team Lead at Matthews Brand Solutions, Jacob ensured customer satisfaction through effective resource management and technical support. Early career roles at Wilson-Hurd, OEC Graphics, and Printco Inc. provided foundational skills in prepress operations, creating high-quality printed materials. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
