Kara M. began their career at Xtant Medical in 2015 as a Customer Care Representative. In 2019, they joined Schedulicity as a Customer Experience Rockstar Team Lead. In this role, they lead an inspiring team of Rockstars on their journey to offer the best customer experience on the planet, and supports small business owners.

Kara M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2002. In 2005, they completed a 300+ hour Yoga Teacher Training from Centered Yoga Thailand.
