Lauren Reed, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent management. Lauren began their career as an Admissions Counselor at Grove City College in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of Telecounseling Program Director. In 2012, they joined VIQTORY Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Solutions as an Executive and HR Assistant before being promoted to Assistant HR Manager. In 2015, Lauren joined Schell Games as a Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in bridging the gap between education and entertainment through game development. Lauren further advanced their career and assumed the position of Director of Talent at Schell Games in 2018. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Schell Games, overseeing a team of highly talented professionals and contributing to the creation of engaging and enriching game experiences. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, and program leadership.

Lauren Reed, PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from Grove City College. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications to further enhance their professional expertise.
