Frank Schelstraete

Frank Schelstraete has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chairman at both Capenti and InterSearch since October 2021 and May 2017, respectively. Additionally, Frank has been a Partner at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates since March 1990 and held the position of Chairman at InterSearch from May 2011 to March 2014. Early career experiences include serving as a Consultant at VanRam Associates from 1988 to 1990 and as a Therapist at Revalidatiecentrum Deinze from 1985 to 1988. Frank's educational background includes a Licentiaat in de Psychologische en Pedagogische Wetenschappen, Klinische en Ontwikkelingspsychologie from Ghent University (1979-1984) and a Postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis from the same institution (1984-1988).
