Cole Nicholson is an accomplished Customer Success Manager at Schema App since November 2022, where responsibility includes providing technical support to large enterprise clients across multiple industries. Prior experience includes serving as Business Retention & Expansion Coordinator for the COUNTY OF HURON from September 2020 to November 2022, leading an award-winning project and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Prior to that, as a Digital Main Street Squad Member, Cole facilitated business client training in digital marketing strategies. From January 2015 to March 2020, Cole held the role of Account Coordinator & Stage Manager at SDI Marketing, ensuring successful project execution and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors. Cole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
