Maylis de Maissin

Maylis de Maissin is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer Cluster France Maghreb at DB Schenker since August 2023. Prior to this role, Maylis was with Siemens from May 2017 to July 2023, holding positions including Siemens Global Head of Executive Talent Management, where the focus was on talent identification and placement to support organizational transformation, and Global P&O Business Partner, responsible for leading HR strategy in significant transformations. Maylis also worked at Subsea7 from May 2011 to April 2017 as a Senior HR Business Partner, addressing HR-related matters across various business functions. Earlier experience includes roles at Cercle Magellan, including Head of the Legal Department, managing international mobility and compensation topics. Maylis holds a Master’s degree in European Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil, a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative and European Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Université de Bordeaux.
