Sanberg Zhu

Sanberg Zhu is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in optimizing IT operations and infrastructure services across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Director of IT Operation & Infrastructure Services at DB Schenker since May 2011, Sanberg has successfully driven service delivery transformation and implemented hybrid cloud strategies to align technology with business growth. Previous roles include Senior Manager for the IT Service Delivery Hub APAC, where Sanberg centralized IT services and enhanced operational efficiency, and Manager of the Corporate Service Desk, where Sanberg established a BPO department to improve service quality. With a strong foundation in IT from past positions as Senior Consultant at Inventta Consulting and Software Engineer at ASML, Sanberg holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from ESIEE Paris and a Bachelor's degree from East China University of Science and Technology.
