Luisa Liesenberg is the Director of Talent & Organization at MVP Factory, where she is a member of management and leads teams for HR, recruiting, operations, and finance. She also founded Recruiting for MVP Factory Venture Studios. Prior to her current role, Luisa held positions such as Head of Recruitment at Schenker Ventures, Recruiting Manager for Business / Non-Tech Recruiting at FinLeap, and HR Manager at Berlin Cuisine Jensen GmbH. With a background in HR, talent development, full-cycle recruiting, and training coordination, Luisa has a wealth of experience in various industries and roles. She is currently pursuing a degree in New Work Facilitator at TAM Akademie GmbH.
