Lisa Greer Quateman is an accomplished corporate leader and attorney with extensive experience in board governance across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee for AG Mortgage Investment Trust since December 2023, Lisa also holds board positions at ITR Concession Company LLC, Lyles Diversified, and Scherzer International, contributing their expertise in audit, risk management, and ethics. Previously, Lisa was a Senior Partner at Polsinelli and served as the Managing Partner of Quateman LLP, which Lisa Greer founded in 1989. Lisa has been actively involved in the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter and has held leadership roles within the UCLA Alumni Association. Lisa Greer Quateman holds a B.A. in French from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
