Danielle Penfold

Danielle Penfold, MS, RD, CDE, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality and Experience at Scheurer Health, where Danielle has held various leadership roles since May 2013, including Director of Community Services and Nutritional Services Leader. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Diabetes Care Specialist at Novo Nordisk A/S from April 2007 to May 2013 and working as a Diabetes Management Consultant at Medtronic from May 2005 to April 2007. Danielle began their career as a Clinical Dietitian Leader at Scheurer Hospital, where Danielle worked from September 2000 to May 2005. Danielle holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan University.
