Atle Gran Lindstad

Atle Gran Lindstad is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Investment Director at Schibsted since October 2019, where significant M&A transactions, including the sale of Schibsted's News Media division and the USD 9 billion acquisition of eBay Classifieds, were led. Lindstad has also held the position of Senior Project Manager M&A at AutoVex since December 2022 and serves on the boards of several companies, including Mittanbud, 3byggetilbud.dk, and Nettbil. Previously, Lindstad was Director of Corporate Finance at Fondsfinans / Bryan Garnier & Co from March 2014 to October 2019, with responsibilities in M&A and ECM transactions primarily within the TMT sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from NTNU Handelshøyskolen.
