Gonca Gurlek

Gonca Gurlek is an experienced Engineering Manager in Business Intelligence at Schibsted since October 2020, with a strong background in team management and quality assurance. Previously, Gonca held various positions at Sogeti from January 2016 to October 2020, including Team Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Test Manager, where responsibilities included skills development, managing diverse teams, and overseeing testing processes for major BI systems. Prior roles include Testing Project Manager and Software Quality Engineer at Varian Medical Systems, as well as Testing Team Lead and Validation Engineer at GE Healthcare, where Gonca focused on testing patient monitoring systems and led multiple testing teams. Gonca holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.
