Kristina Gribaleva

Kristina Gribaleva is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Schibsted since March 2021, Kristina focuses on enhancing employee experience and business performance through various HR programs, including the ACT survey and the Grow talent management toolbox. Previous roles include Talent Programmes Lead and HR Business Partner at Aker BP ASA, and HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant at Kvaerner, where Kristina was involved in people processes, HR reporting, and international assignments. Kristina's earlier positions also include Programme Manager for the Aker International Trainee Programme and various HR roles at Aker Solutions and Hewlett-Packard. Academically, Kristina holds an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in International Marketing from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
