Samer Toukan

Samer Toukan is an experienced project and people management professional with a diverse background in human resources across numerous industries and regions. Currently serving as Project Manager - People Technology: Systems & Processes at Schibsted since September 2023, Samer has previously held multiple roles, including People Business Partner and People and Culture Manager. Notable experiences include working at HP on HR projects for hybrid work culture, leading HR management consulting at IBP Toukan AB, and Co-founding FundedByMe-MENA to support the start-up ecosystem in the MENA region. Samer has also contributed to organizations such as Al-Futtaim and RSA Middle East in various HR capacities, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing organizational growth and leadership effectiveness. Samer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and has pursued courses at Stockholm University.
