Sarah Blystad

Sarah Blystad is an experienced localization and globalization professional with a strong track record in internationalization and market entry strategies. Currently a Board Member at Schibsted since April 2023 and previously at Kahoot! from May 2020 to April 2023, Sarah has built end-to-end localization programs that optimize user engagement across global platforms. As Head of Localization at Schibsted, Sarah established a department supporting 17+ Nordic Marketplaces. Previous roles include Localization Director at Keystone Education Group and Opera Software, where Sarah managed extensive translation and localization initiatives across multiple products and languages. Additionally, Sarah has operated as a freelance Globalization & Localization Consultant since February 2017, advising tech start-ups and scale-ups on global expansion.
