Martina Holland currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Schiedel International since May 2022. Prior to this role, Martina held various HR leadership positions at Hitachi Astemo and its predecessor, Hitachi Automotive Systems Europe, focusing on HR strategy, operational excellence, and global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Martina's extensive experience at Texas Instruments spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included driving HR operations across 21 EMEA countries and leading compensation strategies for substantial employee groups. Martina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from EBW Würzburg and completed high school education at Hans-Carossa-Gymnasium.
