Operations and Supply Chain

The Operations and Supply Chain team at Schiedel International is responsible for overseeing the efficient production and delivery of energy-efficient chimney systems, stove systems, and integrated ventilation systems. The team ensures smooth operations across Schiedel's 18 production sites and offices, optimizes supply chain processes, enhances operational efficiency, and manages logistics to maintain an uninterrupted flow of high-quality products to customers across Europe. Team members include roles such as Assistant Operations, Operations Development Manager Steel, and Supply Chain Manager International, who collaboratively work to drive operational excellence and innovation.
