Wendy Suchla

Wendy Suchla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing, inventory management, and customer service. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Schilling Supply Company since October 2021, Wendy leads teams in customer order support and accounts management functions, overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger Auditing. Prior to this role, Wendy spent over 26 years at Fastenal, where experience included positions such as Supply Chain Director, Store Inventory Analyst, and Accounting Help Desk Manager, demonstrating expertise in inventory optimization and cost savings analysis through LEAN and 5S methodologies.
