Halime Yakut has extensive experience in talent and development, organizational development, and project management within the education and training sectors. Currently serving as Teamlead Angebotsmanagement New Installation & Modernisation and Senior Referentin Talent & Development at Schindler Deutschland since December 2015, Halime Yakut has spearheaded strategic concepts, e-learning rollouts, and qualification programs. Previous roles at Schindler include Senior Personalreferentin House of Learning and various positions focusing on employee leadership and project management. Earlier career experiences include training consulting at artop - Institut an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and process management with the Senat für Bildung Berlin. Halime Yakut holds a Diplom in Ingenieurspsychologie from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
