Marie Filitz

Marie Filitz has extensive experience in human resources and service management, having served as HR Business Partner at Schindler Deutschland since November 2006. In various leadership roles, including Gebietsleiterin Service, Serviceleiterin in Hannover, Bielefeld, and Münster, as well as Vertriebsingenieurin Service Verträge and Backoffice Vertragswesen, Marie has demonstrated a strong capability in managing service operations and client relations. Prior to this, Marie worked at KONE as Sachbearbeiterin Fuhrpark from February 2005 to October 2006. Marie Filitz holds a degree as Geprüfte Personalfachkauffrau (IHK) from TA Bildungszentrum GmbH (January 2023 - May 2023) and completed training as an Industriekauffrau at IHK Hannover from 2002 to 2005.
