Nora Schackopp is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Center of Expertise Learning & Development at Schindler Deutschland since April 2021, Nora focuses on strategic leadership development and international L&D projects, including the design and implementation of innovative learning offerings and team development workshops. Prior experience includes roles at Charité, where Nora contributed to the establishment of a training academy and led various talent management initiatives, and KPMG Deutschland, focusing on internal feedback mechanisms and employee engagement.
