Theresa Voss has a diverse work experience history. Theresa started their career at Bavarian Representation to the European Union as an intern in the Department of Employment & Social Order. Theresa then interned at the German Patent and Trade Office in Administration. Following that, they interned at Goethe-Institut Brasília, where they worked in the Cultural Program. Theresa then worked as a working student in Human Resources at Allianz Capital Partners GmbH for two years. Theresa continued to gain experience in Human Resources at Allianz China Life as an intern, where they conducted interviews for recruitment projects and supported the talent management team. Theresa then joined Allianz Capital Partners GmbH as an HR Business Associate, specializing in recruiting and talent development. Theresa later became an HR Expert in the same company. Theresa then moved to Allianz Global Investors as a Recruiting Specialist. Most recently, they work at Schindler Deutschland as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner.
Theresa Voss completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Theresa then pursued a Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of Applied Management in Erding, Germany, from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also studied Intermediate Mandarin at Shandong University of Finance and Economics for a year.
