Jorge Casaus Bellido

Jorge Casaus Bellido is an experienced IT professional with a background in system administration, IT management, and engineering roles. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Architect and Senior Engineer at Schindler Group since October 2014, Jorge oversees the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and designs interaction processes within the ServiceNow platform. Prior experience includes lead engineering roles on the Ivanti ServiceDesk team, focusing on platform availability, performance, and security, as well as contributions to the global operations team for Ivanti and Airwatch MDM.
