Nadja Holeczek

Nadja Holeczek is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Global Field Quality and Excellence at Schindler Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nadja held the position of Team Leader in Quality Management at Schindler Österreich from March 2021 to May 2023, focusing on achieving essential certifications such as ISO9001. Earlier experience includes managing supplier claims at Schindler Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen GmbH from November 2019 to March 2021, supporting quality and process optimization projects at BMW Group Werk Steyr, and conducting prototype testing and workflow optimization at KITO Corporation in Japan. Nadja began their career with an internship at odelo Slovenija in the automotive sector. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Production Technology and Organization from FH Joanneum and a summer school program in International Business in China at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
