Raéd Ben Younes

Raéd Ben Younes has a strong background in IoT device management and solutions architecture. Raéd started their career at Nokia Networks with an internship in 2010, followed by a bachelor graduation project at Nokia Solutions and Networks in 2011. In 2015, Raéd joined Fraunhofer FOKUS as a working student, conducting research on IoT and Semantic Web technologies for their master's thesis. Raéd then became an Industrial IoT Researcher at Fraunhofer FOKUS in 2017, focusing on implementing edge IoT applications and designing performance testing platforms. Raéd currently works at Schindler Group, where they are the Team Lead and Product Owner for the development of Schindler's IoT Device Management platform.

Raéd Ben Younes has a Master's degree in Informatik from Technische Universität Berlin, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Sprachkurs (language course) at the University of Mannheim from 2011 to 2012. Raéd'sundergraduate education was in Computer Science, earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tunis El Manar from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Internationales Management and Management und Projektmanagement from Alumni tu berlin in 2015.
