Sophia Hirsch

Sophia Hirsch has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Sophia began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Assistant Social Media at Value5 Dialogmanagement GmbH. In 2013, they worked as a Key Client Management Intern at Management Events. In 2014, they joined Siemens AG - Energy Management as a Project Management Assistant and later worked on their Masterthesis. From 2017 to 2018, Sophia worked at ESCRIBA AG, where they held roles as a Business Development/Project Management professional and later as a Product Manager. In 2018, they joined Schindler Deutschland as a Project Manager for Digital Products. Currently, they are employed by the Schindler Group as a Lead Operations Management since June 2022.

Sophia Hirsch's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business Administration from European-University Viadrina from 2012 to 2015. Sophia also participated in an Erasmus program at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2013, studying International Business Administration. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Recht der Wirtschaft from the University of Potsdam, from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Sophia obtained a certification in Project Management Life Cycle from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020.
