Stephanie Rivero Goncalves has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Head of Global Product Integrity and Head of Digital Transformation at Schindler Group since September 2012. Previous roles at Schindler include Strategy Manager to the CTO, Project Manager in R&D focusing on cost reduction, Sales Engineer for export, and Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Stephanie’s early career includes positions as Assistant Engineer at Kayson Company, Research Fellow at CIEMAT, Trainee Engineer at Carpenter Co., Advisor at Universidad Simón Bolívar, Production Manager at Producciones Extremo, and Camp Counselor at Grupo Lagunazo C.A. Stephanie holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, along with exchange studies in Energetic Systems Engineering at Ecole des Mines de Nantes and IMT Atlantique.
