Nihal Mehendale

Nihal Mehendale is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as a Project Leader and Program Manager in Product Management at Schindler India since January 2022. Prior to this, Nihal operated as an Investment Consultant while self-employed from January 2019 to December 2021. In the oil and gas sector, Nihal held various roles at Larsen & Toubro, including Project Manager and Sales & Strategy roles, contributing to significant projects such as the first refinery-based ethanol production plant in India and working with key accounts across public sector undertakings and international projects. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to senior executives at Reliance Power Limited and a background in sales and marketing with Siemens Energy. Nihal holds an MBA from SCMHRD and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering.
